Thread: Anyone know when backpack sockets will work?

I don't think there is a definite answer as to when we can use the sockets to the backpacks. I'm assuming that issue will be addressed when they get around to fixing the skill tapes in general, if ever?
Hopefully we will see something in the near future...

Try putting 50 items in a back pack.. then trying to drop the attachment over it.. I have heard rumors that it works, but I have yet to try

Is the problem that you can't get the tape to go on the backpack, or that when it's on, it's just not doing anything? If it's the former, I have a few ideas to get around it, if it's the latter, well, I can't try anything.

It's embarrassing because for the life of me I can't remember where I got the idea that backpacks are not supposed to socket - I *think* that I got that info from a dev at fanfest. I will ask when I get back to make sure my info is accurate.
