Thats the Leia slave skirt. Unfortuantly the skirt isn't craftable, though we've been asking for it for many months.

yeah we want that skirt and as a permanent schematic. Those shoes she is wearing would be nice too.But the Rodian female looks like she is wearing a sleeveless version of the Flared Jacket

You will see a blue version of it often being worn by Bothan females but thats it atm.
