Could any of you suggest some clothing combos that look good and feminine on a female Mon Cal? (I am sorry if this is board clutter). I am looking specifically for shirts

I am looking for clothes to dance or play in at the next Cantina Crawl. I've already run all over Theed and Corellia searching every empty vendor. I cam up with a few things that I liked and Javier made me one of each in several colors.

The things I found looked good were the sports wrap (disguises those unfeminie arms) and the revealing top. The things I found did NOT look good were the small bustier, the light bustier and the low-cut top. They tend to look like they are painted on and do nothing to emphasize the subtle contours I do have.

Rather than bug Javier incessently for different stuff for me to try on and discard, I was hoping a Mon Cal tailor out there might have a suggestion for me. I am a lovely blue color and would like to show as much skin as possible. (And unfortunately the hot pants with the revealing top won't stop looking like underwear and start looking sexy for me).

Likewise, are there any clothes I should stay away from? (I already discovered the long gloves, doh!) Any suggestions would really help me time and pocket-book wise.

Let's see.... the dress blouse is another good longsleeve one. Low cut tops actually look pretty good on female trandos so I would imagine the same would apply for mon cal (neither have a chest slider). If the hawtpants look kinda weird, try the short wrap, which shows a bit of leg but not quite as much as hawtpants. In fact, the short wrap/low cut top is a decent outfit if made in the right colors. The shoulders of the low cut top can match the waistband of the short wrap and it's pretty cute. But I have no idea how that particular combo looks on a mon-cal.

You made a good point that colors matter. Maybe I should concentrate on the colors that look good on me first and then move on to the actual clothes.

I thought I would give this a necro bump just to say thank you for the advice. Javier made me some things and I bought out practically an entire vendor on Bria to try different colors/clothing combos. In the end I had not only one great outfit - but four!

Javiers video isn't out yet, but you can see me a few times in the Briadiscotheque video that Wendel made. I am the dark blue Mon Cal with the crazy hat.

Thank you again for the advice. I had so much fun and a lot of it was based on the fact that I felt happy whever I looked at my clothes.
