So here I am, a new Master Tailor, sitting in Corellia, touching a public crafting station, and I'm trying to make a SCHEMATIC for a metal clasp, a fiberplast panel and for synthetic cloth.

When the option would come up to make the draft schematic instead of the prototype, it does not. I even have my droid out, standing next to me, and he has the creafting station built in.

What the heck am I doing wrong? Why can't I make the schematic?

droid and station can conflict... try either/or. also make sure your droid contains proper crafting module.

…and make sure you're using clothing/armor tools and stations.

That was it, as soon as I put the droid away it worked just fine. That seems a little wierd but whatever works I guess. Thanks.

Yup. Generic stations/tools used to work for this, but they don't anymore.
