Ok, here are my accounts for August 
Little background, my vendors are currently in Seaview's City Store and Seaview is a Metropolis in North Naboo. Seaview is quite lucky that its residents are active and there is normally at least 5 of us in the city between 8am to 4am (server shutdown time). We also have Rebel mission terminals so quite a few non-residents come to SV to use them.
I've spent a few months advertising my boutique via Coronet bazaar but now stick to Theed, and I use the auction channel a lot both to advertise my vendors and to answer requests for tailors. I've also benefited from a lot of word-of-mouth advertising and quite a few customer orders start with "name says you can..."
The Basics
Total Credits Earned = 16,301,604*
Number of Unique Items = 1516
Number of Unique Customers = 396
By Vendors
Kelsaka's Clothing Boutique = 1564 items = 4,797,150 credits
Kelsaka's Clothing - BE Wear = 252 items = 4,096,150 credits
Kelsaka's Clothing for Wookies = 53 items = 126,650 credits
Kelsaka's Clothing - Jewellery = 128 items = 108,200 credits
Kelsaka's Clothing for Entertainers = 9 items = 344,100 credits
Kel's Crates and Misc = 812 items = 812 items = 6,584,075 credits
Bazaar (Theed) = 41 items = 60,500
Top 5 Items
Hide Boots, Black (32) = 30
Cloak, Black (4) = 27
Link-Steel Reinforced Gloves, Black (32) = 17
Uniform Boots, Black (32) = 16
Comfortable Slacks, Black (7) = 14
Notes
*This is not profit it is just sales it does not include the cost of raw materials, vendor costs, and shop rent.
I deleted my Clothing for Entertainers vendor part way thought the month and place a Jewellery vendor in its place. I'm glad I did, the entertainer BE wear is selling just as well on the BE vendor and the jewellery is flying off its own vendor (helped a lot by the visual fix).
With the vendor changes at the end of the month I've placed a Ladies Only vendor, a Crates vendor and a Special Orders vendor. The Crates & Misc vendor has now gone and Maisaka is now handling all the non-tailor items. Will be interesting to see if it has an effect.

Sadly I think its mainly down to long-term sick leave from work. I don't have anything better to do during the day so I spend my time making clothes and basically enjoy being a full-time tailor. May not be everyones idea of fun, but its kept me going.
Really not sure what will happen when I get to go back to work though...

I dunno how you find the time. I am really enjoying myself as a tailor for the last 3 months or so. I am busy with custom orders nearly every day, so much so I have dropped all combat skills at the mo.
But for all that I am not even close to your league
I may have made about a million this month,but I have also spent most of it already.
If you ever run a post grad course in Mastering Master Tailor put my name down.

Thats a lot of sales, i have only been going for about 3 months and average about2 millionper month, i dont do BE clothing thoughbut thought i was in a high traffic spot. hmm, i have still lots to learn
