I'm just wonderinghow goodTailors can make clothes with +warcry and +intimidation???

We are not in control of the mods for tissues we use. We buy these from BioEngineers. I've seen some good ones at +15 warcry/+15 intimidation, but to get them higher requires better resources that are rare to find. If you wear a shirt and bandolier (or any 2 items that have these mods) then they will stack to +25/+25 maximum anyway.
