I thought this existed somewhere. If so, where do I get the schematic from?

You are looking for the Doctor's Crafting Apron. The Crafting Apron drops as a reward for Jabba's Theme park. The schematic that you obtain is random and isn't known until a Master Tailor learns it. The Doctor's Apron also happens to be the rarest of all the Crafter's Aprons.
Check with your local tailor or your Galaxy Trade Forum to see if anyone has them in stock.
