I know it's already been mentioned about some colours being removed but has anyone else noticed they took the 4th coloursection away from reinforced pullovers?

I JUST got Master Tailor and was surprised at the lack of colors for some clothing still. I wish we could get more of the brighter colors for items like cloaks and special ops dusters. I think a Master Tailor ought to be able to make any cloathing item in say purple or bright red. Just something for the Tailor Wish List I guess.
