Thread: Name the clothing!

Hello fellow Tailors, Im seeking the help from all those experts out there.
Even though Im a Master Tailor, I haven't been able to find a particular piece of clothing some characters wear.

In case the link doesnt work, its the shirt the crazed Jedi is wearing in the Ryyatt trails. Looks like a pullover, but its not because its under a cloak, I cant seem to figure out what piece of clothing it is. Can anyone name the shirt?

It is probably a pullover. NPC's can layer garments in ways that player characters cannot.

Weird, I swear I have seen players wearing the same combination (shirt and cloak).

definately looks likea pullover, justlike n'j said, NPCs are allowed far more freedom with what they get to wear
