Was planning to try some new professions for my alt and im planning to get a crafting profession and i only want one, so i was wondering do i earn any money being a tailor without BE?

According to the Merchant Friends handy statistics tool, I've made about 900K in the past 11 days from tailor related sales (note that includes 200K's worthof Trim in packs). I'm quite happy with it (as I have to handcraft a lot of it), but whether it's serious money or not is a question of definition.

I like it. The money is nice and the crafting is interesting. Due to the lack of stat requiring items all you really need to get into the business is imagination, creativity, some hide, some metal, some fiberplast, some polymer and expand from there.

It also depends on how heavily you get into tailoring ...if you have a shop etc or just sell to friends or guild ...

I have a large well stocked shop and i do reasonably well .. I make clothing becasue i love to do it and just like any crafting proffession you really have to enjoy it or you get burnt out ..So i would suggest talking to different crafters on your server before you pick and hopefully you will find something you will really enjoy Good luck on your choices
