I have DC cards from the DC game Heros {old I know} and I went thru and sorted out ones I could mimic ingame. 
Tron: Dark Blue Large Headwrap, Dark Blue Tactical Skinsuit with Light Blue bands (secondary color).
Color your Swoop to match if you can!

Here is the pirate outfit I had for a long time:
No shoes
Headwrap - Red
Lined Shorts - light tan color and black or dark brown string
Trim lined Shirt - White with a dark tan metal
I think to me this looks more authentic then the hollywood version but to each is his/her own. Just another way to go about it.
Thank you for the list.. halloween time is approaching, and I saw a shop on Scylla with very similar costumes.. and I have been trying to remember what they were made of to recreate some heh.
