I was reading through the top 5 tailor wish list and while i cant disagree with the items selected when i sat back and looked at them in the context of the effect it would have in game it did not inspire me. The fact that I could create red guman's dusters is nice and for a while I might sell a few more but its hardly ground breaking stuff, lets face it 80% of the clothes sold are black or white.

The same is true of new clothes the effect is a short term gain in trade but does it really effect the game, does it alter the life of a tailor well no not much. They are nice things to have and do need to be included but I think we should have one idea in the top 5 next time to knock peoples socks off. Something to shake up the profession or give a new slant on the game for us, and perhaps more importantly for the customers.

To start we must think outside the box, ignore how we craft and make clothes today how we add colours extra, start from a blank sheet and come up with ideas of how you would like things to be done. Or look at the game and thing well I know it does not exist now but if it did wow it would have a big impact.

A good example is with colours rather than just asking for more colours how about a asking for a brand new system for colours. Rather than select a single colour why dont we ask for an RGB method where we can mix colours ?

Or instead of asking for more Bio Re Fibres in clothes why not scrap the whole bio system as it stands and allow tailors to create Bio cloths which can be used in any item of clothing.

How about having tailor shops rather than houses, complete with changing rooms, mirrors, shop fronts, sale signs etc

As tailors we are quite a bright bunch surely we can come up with something better than these ideas to brighten our lifes. ? So have a think and see what you come up with, dont be afraid to post even if you think its too wacky sometimes even the oddest thought can be a hidden gem.

I don't know about you, but I would LOVE to be able to own NPCs that could follow you around like a droid and show off your best outfits. Then, the next time someone asks "What can you make?" you could just whip out one of your NPC followers and show them. It would also be VERY handy for male tailors like me who can't wear the female only clothes, because I can't tell you how many times someone has asked me what kind of outfits I can make that look good on females, so I needed to craft a whole new outfit and trade it to them, only to have them say "Eh, it's alright, but I want something a little different". With this, you could already have a bunch of good outfits ready to show people,without having to clog up your inventory with a bunch of stuff you'll never wear.
