Heavy duty clasps are loot drops. Nightsisters usually drop them fairly often. Check your local bazaar, you can often find them listed there.

They are loot and they have gotten kind of common so you might even be able to find two with the same serial number on the bazaar if you can't hunt for them or find them yourself. Nightsisters drop them, but so do easier things like jindas.

If you are patient and keep a watchful eye out, you can find some pretty sets on the bazaar from time to time... I have found a couple of 9-item leather sets, and one 7-item clasp set up there.

Hehehe I bet you were! Best I have found on the bazaar for CCTs was a set of 4.

I tend to only buy these things anymore in groups of 9+, because of all the guildmates and friends who just give me the components.
