Your disk skill up is for armor. No, armor sockets are not available yet I believe. No, tailors nor BE make the spool skill ups. They are drops from mobs. Rather rare. No, I don't know a sight that lists them all. Check the bazaar as they are frequently sold there. You need a skill up that looks like a roll of tape to put into socketed clothes. Click and drag it. Currently they are bugged I believe, so don't waste your time.

The reason why I inquire is because I'm a primary melee occupation who wants to wear cloaks/undershirts/clothing---made from tailors!

Furthermore, the encumberance for armor is somewhat high in the mind field for thegood armor types (I know, depending on if it is sliced and which area covered)

I'm hoping that some of these attachments will aid in cooking (my hobby profession is chef) which is a sink for money, but for which I find really rewarding, nontheless!

I do not have the tape attachment, but rather the other attachment---the octogon looking attachment (which presumably is for armor, but is not specified because nobody has found/made socketed armor yet.

Currently the plate type skill attachments are useless as they are meant for socketed armor I belive but none exists.

Now there is 2 types of bonus's for clothes

(1) Tailors can use special cloth made my a BE while constructing clothes giveing them inate bonus's like + bleeding resistance, currently this is full of bugs, only some skill enchancers work and they can't be factory created, since most of the popular clothes need the parts to be factory created they arn't too usefull at the moment.

(2) Clothes made by a tailor have a chance to have sockets, for master tailors 99% of items come out with 4 sockets. You can place the tape type skill enchancers into these sockets, you find these tapes as loot from mobs, or you can buy them from the bazzar.

I have socketed clothing from one of my purchases. I want attachments! Where can I find them? What kinds do they make (as-in, what skills do they affect???)

Is there a website where I can find out what varieties are out? I know that tailors make the clothing, but what about the attachments?

Finally, I have an attachment. It is not a spool, but rather an armor plate (a square thingy!) Anyhow, what does it attach to? Is their Socketed armor? Can socketed armor be created?

I'm sorry for all the questions, but rather than give /tells toa novicetailor I know ---I chose to ask the forum for their knowledge.

I have no clue about the one you have or socketed armor but skill attachments cannot be made they can only be looted from NPC's. You'll either have to find one or perhaps buy one from someone who has one but does not want/need it.
