Was just wondering if/when you can change the coloursof thethree parts (shoulders, sleeves, and chest)of the Dress Uniform Jacket at the same time. Being able to change only twoof them at a time is somewhat limiting.

It's not possilbe to change all 3 colors... but only because there is no panel for 3 color customization. Hopefully sometime soon they'll add the third. I know all three COULD be changed, because in the last big patch, they changed the 2 that you can change. Previously it only changed the sleeve and trim colors, now it changes the trim and chest colors. bleh it could be such an awesome item if they'd make it so we could change all 3.
