The items mentioned in the title are components used by tailors to craft items from quest-reward schematics.
How much canI get formy lot of above components?
Your server's Trade Forum would be your best guide, though they will probablynot make you rich. Many tailors only want large groups of identical components.
What NPC's drop them?
Nightsisters...Tuskens...Meatlumps. Pretty much all NPC's can drop them, though the number of identical pieces dropped seems directly proportional to the difficulty of the NPC.
What can you make with them?
Heavy Duty Leather is used in making special backpacks and crafters' aprons.
Heavy Duty Clasps are used in making Weaponsmith and Droidsmith Toolkits.
Crystalline Clothing Treatments are used in making Exquisite Leotards. Alternatively, some people think they look like hot water heaters as home decorations.
I looted exceptional or legendary components...am I a God?
Although when someone asks you if you're a God, you should definitely say YES, exceptional or even legendary leathers, clamps, or clothing treatments are exactly the same as the more mundane varieties.

Okay stickying this for now.... think maybe this will cut down on the number of questions about this - though honestly it's totally in the FAQ so I sorta feel like we're spoonfeeding the lazy...
EDIT: Ooo oo I know!!!! /whapself. Next project: FAQ for tailor customers, like I did for ID... oooo that will be useful!

Thanks, all the questions were beginning to drive me batty. Of course it's all in the FAQ...but I thought maybe putting it all in the subject would catch folks' eye

You'd be amazed how many people don't know what do do with these things! A guildmate of mine recently found someone about to destroy 34 of the HDL (many identical ones) and arranged a trade. Lucky me!

One other question I tend to getoften:
I looted an Exceptional Heavy Duty Leather/Exceptional Heavy Duty Clasp. Are they better than normal ones?
Sorry. In spite of what the name leads you to believe, they're exactly the same as the regular ones as far astailors havebeen able to tell.
