Technically it can be repaired using a clothing repair tool, but currently clothing doesn't decay so there's really no need to.

Ok I've spent the l;ast 2 days hunting tuskans and just got a full tuskan outfit. The only problem is the conditions of them are mostly in 200 and 300. I want to know if you guys can raise the conditions? and Do i only lose conditions when i fight? I would really like to know. Also if when it hits zero does it diappear?
