I should hit Field wear 2 today (only about 5k to go) and am wondering what everyones experience selling them is. What do you charger per panel/crate? I just put up a factory to run syntetics but don't think the reenforced have to be factory from what I saw on swgcraft.com. I have a crafter I have been supplying and don't want to gouge him but also don't want to lose my behind while he gets to be a fat cat with all the cash. I am a fair man and do alright just tailoring clothes for others, but I realize that armorcrafters are our main support in the long term. Any ideas/suggestions are appreciated.

Can't believe no one has an answer to this question as I am sure some of you are or have sold them. I am trying to find out the going market rate so I don't overcharge nor undercharge losing money. I feel they are worth more than the synthetic cloth since they are used to make better armor. Had a guy pay me 250 per today but still not sure if that is a fair price. Someone speak up here, it isn't that hard.

I wish I could make those. I can't really answer your question from experience. I charge 150 a cloth for synth panels. I think that 100 credits over that price is more than reasonable considering the skill it takes to make them.

I seem to recall seeing a crate of 10 reinforced panels for either 2500 or 3000 on the bazaar yesterday. I think it was 3000. They weren't up on the bazaar today so I am assuming that someone bought them.So 250 to 300 seems like it is a fair price.

my guild mates tell me a little bit more would be fair.

assuming you're gonna sell them to an armorsmith, and they make about 40k some on the set of armor they sell.

100 reinforced panels, for 30k (300a piece)

versus the 400k they'll make off the sets of armor

Thanks for the replies. The gentleman I am selling to voluntarily paid me 300 per for the last batch I hand crafted for him so I assume he felt is was fair.

Just so all the hardworking people out there don't get ripped off...

Guildies who have made Fieldware 2 were (and are) charging 1k each for those to ensure that they are the only ones selling top-of-the-line armor. I am an armorsmith and I refuse to get gouged on an item that takes 20 resources for this price. Subsequently, we now have our own supply and will not have to deal with these people. Best of luck and I hope you keep your prices low for all the non-guilders. Once I have enough to work with for a while I will be making them available as well.

id say anywhere from 300-500.

we make a NEEDED item for armorsmiths, that they cant really get from just anywhere. and from the money they make off the armor they will sell later, what they're paying us, is peanuts.
