Any time you're wondering what skill makes what, you can always check the schematic list in your skills window. It doesn't matter if you have Tailor or not... you can choose "All Professions" in the upper right and browse anything. (Always wanted to know what Smuggler level gets the title Fence? You can. Yay!)
