Thread: All email gone? Anyone see this before?

Any tailor here have been offline for a few days and come back to find that all of their emails are gone and all new ones disapear?
I got hit by storm isabelle and wasnt able to log on for five days, with running 3 shops, hundreds of items drop to my stockroom,causing hundreds of emails to flood my box. I assume that i reached some limit on my in-game email storage size, now all those emails that i have had previous are gone, and when someone sends me a new one if i am on line it can read it but as soon as i log it disappears, and if i am not on line i never receive it. Was wondering if anyone has encountered this before.
I have a ticket in to CSR, but explaining the simplest thing to them is incrediable difficult as it takes 4 -5 back and forth tickets just for them to get the simplest picture about their own game features.

That's new to me. I was out for a week, and accumulated several hundreds of (mostly "expired item") e-mails with no particular problem.
The one that bit me is when I suddenly lost power to an Isabel-induced blackout when playing SWG. When I was later able to log in, virtually all my UI settings were reset to defaults, which was a real pain to reconstruct everything the way I wanted it.
That's something I don't understand about SWG - the semi-random loss of UI settings. Just the other day, for some reason SWG decided to reboot my computer just before the "loading" process was complete. When I got back on, it had reset some UI settings - oddly, all ones that *hadn't* been affected by the power outage, like the "always show help windows" and that annoying "confirm all crafting decisions" checkbox that everybody turns off after crafting their first item.
