Someone asked me if a +13/+13 Injury/Wound Treatment BE Shirt would allow a non-medic character to use small stimpacks??? They said that they read this on the boards...
I have not heard/read about this before.. any truth to this statement?

It is FALSE - it only adds to the injury/wound treatment not the med use skill
It used to but they did away with that while back - it makes you atleast go novice medic to be ables to use stims.... but i am not sure about the skill that allows you to heal at the cost of mind wounds

Thanks..
It didn't sound like anything that would happen.. but his opinion was pretty strong that it would.... I didn't want to waste the tissue to make something that wouldn't give
him what he wanted.. so I said give me a day to research it..
Thanks...

Originally, the tissue included a bonus for medicine use but it was removed before BE was fixed. This is likely the root of your customer's adamancy.

In order tou use stimpacks you need the skills healwound and healdamage which come at novice medic.
