Thread: I paid 200k for a skill attachment I need good a good quality duster!
Im on the Tarquinas server, I just paid uber$'s almost 1 million for skill attachements! I need to find the best tailor on our server! I am afraid that if I put these attachments in a jacket or pants that eventually it may detioriate!! Can anyone help me
1. make a bio engeneered clothing
2. tell me or sell prenerfed clothing that doesn't damage....
3. Give me a waypoint to there location.
***I'm willing to pay big bucks!!!! To protect the investment on skill attatchments ive made!!
THanks Phoenix fire/ tarquinas
Most any tailor that is more than 1/2 way to Master can make you some or all of the BE clothing (the tissues themselves you or your tailor will get from a Master BE in all likelyhood)
Hate to burst your bubble, but I suspect that the only thing you can really do to protect your investment is not use looted clothing (the condition for any crafted clothing currently will show 1000/1000).
And that's just as well, because tailors cannot experiment on their clothing anymore and therefore cannot improve durability.
Decay will be much less if you insure... 1% per death rather than 5%... so make sure you insure that duster after you drop that skill tape in it.

Hmm, don't quite understand this statement. A tailor that is halfway to master will be able to sell you roughly half of the "be clothing" will he/she not? If you're just talking about the popular items that take RFP's those are mostly box 3 and box 4 anyway so you'll need a pretty advanced tailor.
In any case, if this skill tape enhancer is not combat related (like my precious chem experimentation one) just simply leaving it in your lab is sufficient to protect it. If it's a combat one though, you're going to "use it up" either way. May as well enjoy it while you have it and go down gloriously, lol. Perhaps putting it insome pre-nerf clothing may actually help *shrug* no idea. Keep in mind though that in their ultimate wisdom they removed clothing experimentation from the game, so there is no quality difference between what master and noobs can make. The difference is just in colors and selection.
My criterion for 1/2 way to Master is counting by XP, and assuming that the tailor takes Fieldwear first (I didn't) just to get to the Cart Belts, and Tailoring second to get colors (as Field IV + Tailor III or so is what makes up 80% of my actual sales since BE).
Obviously everyone will move through the branches at a somewhat different pace - but if you assume going a tier at a time, and assume that completing II is '1/2 way' then you do at least have pants and shirt to stick BE RFPs into. This is why my statement 'some or all'.
As for the rest... I agree with your statement.
