Has anyone made a website yet that showes what enhancements can be used in what clothes?

I am haveing a hard time explaining to people that i can only use certin enhancments in synthetic cloth and other in reinforced. Hehe and you cant just put a reinforced panel in anything if it isnt called for in makeing the particular item.
