I find only when you wear skin tight items cana belt not look so odd.

HotPants, shorts and the bodysuits



Wear a jacket and it's hoolahoops for you.

I wear a belt all the time. I forgot what belt I wear is, but it has a circular buckle on it, and it looks good, at least with a what i wear with it.

It depends on a few things, body shape, what you're wearing and the like.
