Hi, I'm a twi'lek player on chimeara and for a long long time now I have been searching for a twi'lek bone crest, I checked to see tailors can make them, so I was sure they weren't loot only, and sure enough fashion 4 you get the schematic, so how comes no one makes them? I have visted countless vendors, having just about everything in every colour, but no bone crests!
Can anyone shed some light on this for me please?

I would guess they don't sell much. I keep a few on my vendor though, but rarely sell them.

Idathi,
I don't know if this helps at all, but the Twi'lek Bone Crest isone of thoseannoying little female only articles of clothing. No offense to my fellow Tailors who are female, but as a male Twi'lek, I kinda find it annoying because I wouldn't mind wearing one myself.

I wish it could be worn by men too. It is definitely the most popular Twi'lek headwear amongst my customers who aren't in an entertainer profession. It is not unusual for a guy to ask about it. Having one displayed in my shop helps sales I'm sure.

Still curious why they don't sell, I mean the dancer at Jabba's place wears one, and thats on the box of the game lol. Thanks all the same.

the green diamond gemstone is rare...that's what I'm waiting for to make them

"Bone Crests" not "Nobles Crests". Though I have plenty of Plexite and Green Diamond, enough to make 4000+ if they became really popular.

heh, I remember I started to collect those before I became master tailor (maybe a month after launch?) and got myself a bunch of the first spawn for each
I remember I was so proud to be one of the first tailors to offer them, heh 
I love the bone crest too
