I took up novice tailor to make the weaponsmith toolkit schem i got. Cannot afford to actually buy a premade one, anyway I got all the parts, and I go to stick the cargo pocket in and it says this is not an ingredient for this slot. Now I know i got cargo pockets, because they have no item creator, and are 20 storage. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong.

There are two kind of cargo pockets. Looted ones, that have 20 storage, and tailor-made ones, that don't have any storage. You need the tailor-made ones.
