I'm tired of explaining to people that boots (for example) "can only be done in leathery colors like browns, greens, black, white..." or having to point them to the various tailoring sites to get an idea of our colors. As fabulous as all of those tailoring sites are, they literally take you out ofthe game and a lot of customers won't bother to alt-tab out to check them.
I know that we'd all love an interface revamp, but in the meantime I'd settle for craftable paintings that we can hang up in our stores that have the tailoring color swatches on them. Even just the three major ones (full, metallic, and leather) would be a huge help. It doesn't seem like it would be too hard to do and I think that it's something realistic to ask for.

It's a good idea... unfortunately I don't think any of our good ideas will be taken into account before a very long time.

hey, cool idea.
... tho I can just imagine the devs. They'd make this color pallet painting, and then a month later when we asked if we'd ever be getting a real yellow they'd be like
Devs: "GAH! We're not adding new colors now that we've made a painting of the palette! That was a whole years worth of new tailor content!"

Speaking of craftable paintings, does anyone else think it's a little rediculous for a galactic civilization to mass produce their artwork on animal skins? Howcome a civilization with over 25,000 years of galactic space travel has yet to invent canvas...oh....wait...they have. They're called reinforced fiber panels. Personally I would love to see the hide requirement removed from the paintings and reinforced fiber panels be put in their place. Am I alone in this?
