We should have different colored berets in this game to help with that
"paramilitary" look. Please consider this, they'd be so cool!

Hmmmm think you need to run by the nearest Army base and give that a try. I'd love to hear about the results.

But I think our SWG characters would look awesome in them.
My guild has a uniform
White ribbed pants, White ribbed shirt, black Ribbing,
Dress Uniform Jacket with shoulders indicating which guild
"squad" they are in.
It'd be great if we could show rank, or maybe weapon specialty,
by berets.

In the Army here sounds good, different colors for different classes....sweet nice idea

What tailor did you get to do that?
I personally refuse to make anything of the ribbed varity, it creates grind flashbacks.

I wouldn't want berets only for professions, that's just what my guild
would probably use them for
Still, this very military looking uniform beret is seen in many SWG roleplaying
books, and would easily fit into SWG.

I like the idea for berets if they are military specific.. meaning you get them from recruiters or its a schematic you get from recruiters... but you need to limit the colors they can be and who they can be worn by. Neutrals shouldn't be able to wear them because they would be rebel/imp specific and you have to be a certain rank to have acertain color.
