Ok I read that you can loot some good skill tapes of mobs. But I'm Dutch so forgive me but what are mobs and where can I find them? Can you loot skill tapes like assembly +13?

MOBs are Monsters Or Beast, Basicly ne NPC or Animal that u can attack or be attacked by. As for the lootable skill tapes I can't help there, sorry.

MOB, at least from what I've seen the devs post, is actually Mobile Object. Same end result, different acronym…. Anyway, yes, it's possible to loot high-plus SEAs, but it's pretty rare. In general, the higher level the MOB, the better the loot. So go for Nightsister Elders, Tusken Executioners/Gore Champions, et cetera. Anything you /examine and think "Holy crap, the hell is THAT thing?!" is a good target for high-plus SEAs.
