Guys,

what are you selling toolbelts, leotards and lightweigth packs for?

I've been looky enough to pick up about 30 schematics and the special parts required to make these items, but i'm unsure what to charge for them (i don't want someone buying them up and reselling them on for a HUGE profit)

CU1 I supported in discussions
CU2 I didn't get a chance you forced it on us with NO warning
CU3 it'll come when the kids can't handle click click click

the price seems to have come down on them now that everyone is doing the themeparks and there are so many schematics out there, I usually sell the backpacks at 75k, the leotard at 80k and the aprons and belts depending on what one they are, Dr one is most poplular, I can get 150-200k for it, the others between 70k and 100k. The toolbelts about 125k. They all sell, but not as well as I would like, the backpack, leotard and Dr. Apron are the most popular.

This one really does vary by server. Best place to check is on the trade forums for your galaxy. Just asking for a price check often yields results.

I'm on valcyn and I'm lazy. I price everything at 2.5k. Doesnt matter if its an exotic leotard or a pair of casual shoes, it's all 2.5k.

It'd be great if stuff didn't have to be placed back up on the vendor after a number of days. I blew a good week or so developing a pricing spreadsheet for tailor but the first time I had to restock, I quit pricing and just did it all at 2.5k.

Oh and my tailor is not my main so thats why I'm not hurting for customers or trying to be real competitive in the market.

I only make these items on special order, and that usually means for a friend or guildmate, so they get a discount. Often, though, they end up bringing me all the pieces (including the schem) so I just make it for free. *shrug*
