Hello,
It's been a while since I have dropped tailor, and due to the new Ithorian clothing line. I am planning to re-grind back to master. I was wondering if the grind is still the same (i.e. Novice tailor + ribbed shirt -> Fieldwear IV + cartilage belt -> Master). Or is there a new, more efficient way with all the new clothing that we got (and what resources we need for them). Any information would be appreciated. Thanks very much.

i grinded ribbed shirts til i got Casual Wear 3, then i grinded cloaks. they require 50 units of hide and 60 units of fiberplast each, but give about 320 xp in practice mode. (i'm not master yet, i'm 4-1-3-4)

I would recommend cloaks only if you have a lot of hide to burn through. Otherwise, I haven't heard of anything better than ribbed --> cartridge.

very good point. i do burn through hide really fast. but i sometimes take my Ranger main account for granted. i can go out onto dath and in a single buff get several thousand units of hides killing rancors.
so like the blue glowie says, if you don't have lots of hide to burn, then i'd do the cartridge belts, though i can't make those yet, so i don't know what they require.

i wasn't asking what they required to make, i'll find that out when i get field wear 4. it'll be nice when i get that box, then i can make all kinds of spiffy camoflage gear.
