I have seen posted that Skill tapes will overwrite existing mods in clothing, if they are the same type.

I just wanted to check, do CA's do the same? I have a Chef Apron with +5 mods and 4 sockets- and I also have 4 x+1 Food Eperimentation CA's that I want to put in it.

Before I do I want to check that they will add to the stats not get lost!

Anyone know?

No, the stats do not stack. What will happen is the +5 will cancel out each of the +1 tapes. You would need to put those into 4 seperate pieces of clothing to have the +9 food experimentation, and then locate another +1 tape and put it into another piece of clothing to gain the extra experimentation point.

Hmmm, ok for some reason I thought tapes and CA's were different, so they are actually the same thing then?

yes, they go by different names but are the same.

Skill Enhancing Attachments (SEA) = CA or AA = Skill tapes
