Thread: Double Robe Question

Hello Tailors!
I've just started the proffesion and I was wondering when do I get the ability to craft the Double Robe? Ive looked through the skills boxes and honestly can't find it. Am I stupid? going crazy? I've also tried a couple of searches on the forum but can't find anything!
