The setup: My combat character, Level 71, CM 4-0-0-0 who has a base healing effeciency of +65. I unequipped my weapon and attacked a mighty nightspider. This was handy because it chipped away at my health very slowly, so I could be very exacting in how my health level was and how much the heals were for while in combat, without worrying about dying. All heals were on myself.
In each measurement, I did10 heals and took the average of those heals, at all times I let my health go down by 1000 points below my max or so, just to be sure the heals weren't being "capped" by my health. My battle fatigue was between 100-100 for all testing.

Conclusion: It sure looks like this one is working (omg!). As far as it being capped or not, it's not really clear, it may be, or it may be a case of diminishing returns. What's interesting is how much difference the first +14 had.
Incidentally, each box of medic support grants +5 healing effeciency, so wearing a +25 suit is essentially getting 4 boxes of medic(and a little more) for free

Hey, good to know! Next time I'm in, I'll make my wookiee doc a bandolier with that... It's the Bleeding Defense that converted to Healing Efficency, right? If so, I've got some nice +18s I got a real good price on...

I'll also be adding a link to this (and the other testing posts) to my BE Clothing Guide. Thanks for doing this!

hmmm.. has anyone tried with a higer base to confirm that those numbers over 100 dont' really mean too much?
As a Medic 4040/Master Doc my char has a base Healing Efficiency of 105 already... so is it just not worth BE clothes to get a higher mod?
