I don't think I'm anywhere near alone in thinking that when profession correspondents were handed out, we hit the jackpot and got Alichai. So three cheers for Ali, and the hard work he does.

More than anything else, I appreciate his cheerful can-do attitude - it brightens up my day

Sorry i havent posted a lot lately. I was waiting for some new information. Im sure everyone wants to see how they handle this first set of issues we sent them... before we try to figure out what to ask them next time.

I hear they are supposed to post something here today though!! The Status on our "first 5"
