The top is a metal bikini, the bottom is uncraftable.

Yes, I'd love to have that outfit too. One of the side reasons I took up tailoring was that I'd heard that the metal bikini was leia's outfit at Jabba's and I'd always thought it was cool. Turns out, 'metal bikini' in game is only the top.
