Are wookies the only ones that can wear hoods, I was wanting one and just wanted to make sure it was true I couldnt have one before I gave up..

yes wookiees only except for one exception and that is the Grand Healers Robe which also has a hood. The only people that can wear it tho are humanoid females (not sure which races but i know female bothans cannot wear it)
