I have custom orders put on a special pick up vendor...inside a travel pack with the customer's name on it.

Twice now, a customer has bought thier order only to find it to be empty! The vendor (or server)ate the items inside, and my customers have been very unhappy. Of course I have offered to re-make the items, but I don't want to put them back on my vendor and them be lost again.

Has this happend to anyone else? Also...Any other suggestions for doing custom orders for people to pick up later? I play non prime time, so this was the best way for them to pick up the items.

I had this happen to one of my customers too. I had a large order for uniforms and delivered in travel packs of 35 items. The first shipments went fine but then I put 3 on their vendor and two of them were bought and were empty. The items DID appear after they logged back in the next day. I have had items dissappear at my shop too(while customers were wearing them!). The items are not gone. Some tips:

1. Make sure your customer has the pack on them(I droppedone in my house and the pack was empty, I put it on me the items reappeared).

2.Make sure to have the customer check the pack an hour to 1 day after the items poofing. Wait until they do this or you will have a lot of double orders.

3. /bug report these incidents so they can be fixed! If its bad enough, do a customer service ticket...

Lastnight I noticed anything that I seem to craft, wouldn't show up in my inventory until about an hour afterwards.

Also, when moving things from my equiped backpack to my regular inventory, it would disappear for a good length of time.

I had the same experience as well when a customer had put a pack with some items back up on my vendor for me to pick up when I logged on. The items were in the pack on inspection then I bought the offer and once I retrieved the pack, the items inside the pack disappeared. This happened last week, sufficient time I would imagine for the items to appear, but they have not as of this date. This was on a droid vendor as well, not a npc vendor.

Previous to the last big patch, I have not had any problems with items in packs onmy vendor.

i had the same problem too, except i msged my customer to tell me if the stuff came back, and he wrote me today saying they didn't i did get 1 out of 3 backpack's stuff back, good thing i just started selling sets and didn't have that many in stock
