I don't know if this is old or new but i've never heard of this before unless it's a bio-engineer thing. Anyway there are 2 identical and the description says:

"This nebulizer is used to deliver a liquid concentration containing micro crystals during the tailoring of clothing. The treatment helps give the garment a lustrious shine, as well as prevent wear and tear on outfits that are meant for active use."

Junk or what? Tailors speak up!

Never heard of it before. try finding a tailor and see if they can put it into a component like synth cloth or rpf.

Yes these are exactly the same as the picture you have in your link. I looted these off a Nym's Guard while doing a level 32 Nym's Camp Mission on Lok.

Any of you Valcyn Tailors want these let me know.

The schematic for the Exquisite Dancer's Leotard requires them. I'm looking for them now!! As well as all the other tailor components
