i know with experimentation skills through tapes and such people have gotten extra exper points with 125 exper u get 12 instead of 10 points

Ok. First, you really have to use a shirt if you want +25 medical enhancements to wear with armor. Only shirts and bandoliers can be enhanced and be worn with armor, but since these tissues go into synthetic cloth, bandoliers won't work. The cheapest way to go would probably be the low-cut top or the revealing top since these use 5 tissues to get +25 instead of 6 tissues (for the leather trim shirt or the sports wrap). Shirts are your best bet. If you are male, then a leather trim shirt is pretty much your only choice to get +25. If you are female you can add the low-cut top, revealing top and sports wrap to that. All of them will be quite expensive because of waste tissues (tissues in which the bonuses don't stack). The low-cut and revealing top are very slightly better about this than the others.
