looted: portion of heavy duty leather
says: large portion of thich leather, this could probably b used in tailoring
3 in the lot
what's this worth?

It's used for lightweight military packs (u get the schgematic at the emporers retreat)

The schematic says it is less restricting to your movements but since I can't make one I dont knwo of anything else that is special about them.
Also they look exactly like any military backpack so basically I fail to see the reason for the lightweight to be so difficult to make.
It is enough you only get 3 uses out of the schematic, but that you are also forced to find special loot resources makes it even sillier to have one.
That is unless it offers greater carrying capacity, gives any kind of bonus or is different to any other backpack out there. But as I said. Haven't been able to make one so I dont know for sure
