Factories were like that for a little while, but thankfully they fixed it! Besides, even if you are just hologrinding you should have to do something? I haven't read the combat profession forums in a long time, but why do I have a feeling that no one comes in there and says, "My pistol XP goes too slow. Is there something I can type so that I can nuke all the creatures in the area and get all the XP? Maybe I can make a macro."

Believe it or not Gyopi, people do AFK combat macro! However, they're usually camping a low-level spawn of goons to AFK loot them.

I try to find something a little more challenging and lure it toward them where their AFK macro will target it
LOL, you just reminded me somthingfrom my noobie days...
I led a pack of 10 swarming lesser dewbacks to the area where this guy was AFK macroing (he was doing it for xp, this is before crystles). He sent me an angry letter... ![]()

I'm one of the first ones around here to get snarky with hologrinders and folks who don't do a tiny bit of research on their own before they post, but that last post involving actual namecalling was just rude and uncalled for.
Please keep the big red letters that you use to call people names in the GAT where they're actually appropriate. This is one of the more friendly boards on this forum despite our occasional impatience. There is a fine line between posting something less-than-polite when you're exasperated and posting something childish and possibly hurtful, and you're on the wrong side of that line.
Just to point something out.... "from the community standards thingy"
6.You may not intentionally circumvent the player-versus-player combat features and cause another player to die, such as by "training" them.
Training is defined as pulling/leading a hostile NPC or creature along behind you and attempting to get it to attack another player who does not desire that engagement.
The intentional training of NPCs or Creatures will result in immediate disciplinary action when witnessed by a CSR. We are aware that accidents often happen causing unintentional trains, and will scrutinize each report of this activity closely.
