Can the Newbie Scout and Medic Vests be crafted?

I was wanting to get a set of those Newbie Scout and Medic clothes. I wanted to change the colors around a bit.

I looked around a bit on a few sites with all the tailor clothes on them and havent found those 2 Vests anywhere.

Wait... Isn't the newbie medic vest a short vest?

Or am I mixed up (I was an artisan, not a medic! )

Thanks for doing research on your own! We appreciate it!
But, I have to let you know that we cannot make these things yet. And it's really too bad since that newb vest is one of the best vests in the entire game.

We actually can make the Medic Vest. At least I am like 95% sure we can, let me check lol.

Isn't the scout shirt a "soft undershirt" ? I could almost swear it is (whips out her newbie scout to look).. same graphic for females. Maybe males get a vest of some sort?

Yes, males get a tan vest with pockets. It will occasionally loot in different colors (I got a blue one!) but it seems a rarer loot than some of the other uncraftable clothes.

The male newb medic "vest" is actually a sleeveless jacket and can be crafted at casual 4 I believe. And the afore mentioned female scout shirt is a lined workshirt, not an undershirt.
