Its one of the great SWG mysteries but personally I think they are just out to confuse us and drive Tailors mad by having people ask for them.

"Can you make me a cape?"

"Sorry they don't exist yet."

"But there is a catagory on the bazaar for them, they must exist so why won't you make me one"

"Sorry, there is no tailor schematic for making them yet, I cannot make them."

"Oh, I'll find a better tailor who can then"

*sigh*
