Can a Master Tailor tell me what is required for crafting a Chefs Crafters Apron?

No they can't wear them. We are waiting for a dev response whether this is a bug or design. Tailors are PRAYING that this is a bug and the wookies get some love.
The materials are pretty standard. Fiber, hides, etc, plus a tool from the class that the apron is for, as well as 2 identical heavy leather loot drop items.
