These are containers correct? Can you equip them (and do they appear on your character) or are they just for inventory organization?

If you are referring to the ones we can craft, I don't believe they can be used for anything other than an ingredient like a fibreplast panel. I know they are used in the tech pack. Ones you get from npc's are useable for inventory management but don't allow extra storage etc like a backpack. Just helps you keep things organized.

....and non-equipped containers mess up your inventory count. When you put something in one, it will look like your inventory has gone down, but at some point it will tell you you are full. 'But I am at 40/60!' you cry. No... you have 20 in that unequipped container there and need to add the number shown on the container with the number showing as your inventory to see how full you really are.

Hehe Jynkara, been there... One time I sold a pack of 43 synthetic cloth and my capacity went down to "-65% (-39/60)"

I'm sorry if this subject has allready been up, I looked but I couldn't find an answer to my question:
Is it possible to make Cargo Pockets that you could actually put stuff in?
Or do you have to kill for them?
See I'm just a friendly tailor who don't want to become anyones enemy

Hello

I'm an up-and-coming tailor on the Tarquinas server. I'm now at the point where I can craft cargo pockets. I realize they are a required component in a certain backpack, but I'm curious about using them on their own.

I've actually been playing this game since the beginning, and I remember I used to see cargo pockets that had a storage capacity of 20. The ones I make now have no capacity at all. Is this a gamechange, or am I just not leveled-up enough to make the usable ones?

They would really help in keeping my belongings organized, and I know my friends could use them too. If you can help answer my question, I would really appreciate your post.

I have a few cargo pockets that hold 20 items, they were all loot drops tho. I don't know if they were ever craftable.

The ones that can hold stuff are drops. The ones crafted are only meant for usage in backpacks, and cannot hold stuff.

I've always dreamt that the cargo pockets would equal the storage capacity of the pack, so a techpack would be say 20 items, and each cargo pocket might increase it by 10 so that the good packs (using 3 pockets) would all be 50. Maybe the devs could add a new schematic (or the loot drop ones we have now) could have an additional pocket for an extra 10 items.

Thanks for the info everyone. My fears were confirmed. I was really hoping I'd be able to craft the useable ones... but I guess I'll be looking for drops!

Do Cargo Pockets still drop as loot? I'd hope that the "lootable" Cargo Pocket would be taken out of the game by now, or at least renamed!
