Is there a reaon the necklace graphics can't be fixed?
I'm sure this question has been asked many times, but this is my first time on these boards.
I have a master tailor and the one thing that drives me insane is making necklaces for people. Imade a silvernecklace the other night and I dropped it to look at the color combination and then picked it up...and there were graphics! It would have been nice to have seenthe graphics before I made the necklace, I didn't like the combination so I had to remake it.
When I started playing SWG many months ago, I thought the necklace graphics problem was a "new game" glitch that would be fixed. Now I'm beginning to wonder if this is an extremely difficult technical problem.

So did I. Can someone who knows more about the problem explain just why it's such a problem, anyway? It seems like it's more of a 'camera is \/, camera needs to go up /\' type problem than a 'OH NOOOOOOOOOO *code code code* ASFFDFAFSDfsf'' type problem. Though, if the time it's taken to fix is any indication, it's more of the second one..

The primary reason a bug of this minor difficulty has not been fixed is time allotment. The devs cannot afford to waste time on such a minor issue. They are dealing with things like making sure you cannot have illegal hair for the wrong race, and ensuring that you cannot access a mission terminal while out in the wilderness.
It is balancing needs. Tailors can cope with this, in their eyes. *Note* I say in their eyes, not mine. This is an issue that could be fixed with about 30 minutes of code editting.

/agree with above!!
Fix this.
There used to be a way to scroll your camera angle up during color selection and you could kinda sorta see the necklace... but last night I was making one and that didnt work. Only by luck was I able to get what I planned.

It still works. I use it all the time. Click in the lower center of the window during colour selection (not before), and drag the mouse directly up. If you are accurate, the back of the necklace appears at the top of the screen. Rotate left and right to get the front to show
