I just ran through my guilds looted schematics and ended up wtih 6 exquisite leotard, 6 light miltary backpacks(these wont be going for sale), 6 crafters aprons of the usual chef, tailor, doc varieties. And now im trying to think of how best to sell these. Since prices are dependent on server and cycle of the moon. Would using the server trade forum be better option? Or heading for the cantinas and soliciting the leotards make more sense? In the case of the exquisite leotards i would think that trade forums make more sense for a quarter million credit piece of clothing for someones local guild mind buffers.
Just confused on how to go about this. How did you all do it?

If you don't have a guild tailor to give them to, then I would auction them. I am kind of suprised that the leotards go for 250K on bloodfin since on Lowca I can barely give them away and they don't even sell at 50K. After all, they are female only, a lot of dancers are uncomfortable wearing them, and they can not be worn with other clothes, so you can't use nice entertainer skilltapes.

Actually i am the guild tailor. I thought that was the going rate due to the rarity of crystalline clothing treatments. Thanks for the reply

At least on Lowca that spawns pretty frequently (maybe it is different on bloodfin). It is just that no one seems to want the dancer leotard, probably because of the skilltape problem. I have a dancer outfit made of multiple pieces of clothing that is +15 to mind enhancement with room to add more tapes to some of the pieces. There isn't much you can do with the leotard, though. You can add a skilltape of better than +5, but then you lose its original bonus.

I'm selling the leotards for 50k as well, and I have then in almost every single color, lol. And in this last week alone, I've been solicited by about a half dozen people wanting to sell me more schematics and more components. Needless to say, there is a huge "glut" of such items right now on the market. Far more supply then demand.

On Eclipse the going price seems to be in the 100k range. I'm not sure how well they sell. That 100k is with BE tissues added, too, BTW.
And the leotard just counts as the shirt and pants 'slots'. You can still wear shoes, gloves, headdress, etc. Even a belt (as aweful as it looks -- been there done that). For a long time my buffing outfit was based around the exotic leotard until I slowly built up enough that I didn't need the +5 from it any more. But you can get to +25 while wearing the leotard.
