New Master Tailor here, and i have some questions about some things lol
1. Heavy Duty Clasps? what for how can a tailor use them?
2. Heavy Duty Leather Panels? for crafter's apron (the ones that BEs add good stuff to to make really good for architects, chef's crafters?) what kind of crafters? cause i heard that a tailor would get no added bonuses to making clothing if they wear one of these aprons.
3. Schems? crafter's...exotic leotard or something like that...demolishionist's (sp) belt? ok if i learn them what becomes of the schem. and how do i know i've learned them? will they go into my normal datapad schems with everything else? will i forever know how to make these items?
4. um Clothing treatments? what is that and what is it used for? does it stain guard or something lol
5. clothing repairing...do tailors get a bonus for fixing clothes or what ever others get? if i'm not a master artisan should i have a master artisan make my clothing repair tools?
hehe when i get more questions i'll ask them is all i can think of right now.

hello all,

Droidsmith and Weaponsmith Toolkits and the Demolitionist's Belt
2. Heavy Duty Leather Panels? for crafter's apron (the ones that BEs add good stuff to to make really good for architects, chef's crafters?) what kind of crafters? cause i heard that a tailor would get no added bonuses to making clothing if they wear one of these aprons.
Architects, Chefs, Doctors/Medics, Tailors. The problem is, they give experimentation/assembly/repair bonuses, and tailors only experiment on Armor Padding (AKA Wookiee Pillows) and the rest is of marginal value.
3. Schems? crafter's...exotic leotard or something like that...demolishionist's (sp) belt? ok if i learn them what becomes of the schem. and how do i know i've learned them? will they go into my normal datapad schems with everything else? will i forever know how to make these items?
The item will disappear and the schematic will be listed with your standard draft schematics in the data pad, as well as the crafting tool in front of a private crafting station. Each item provides 3 uses of the learned schematic.
4. um Clothing treatments? what is that and what is it used for? does it stain guard or something lol
It's the loot component of the Exquisite Dancer's Leotard.

Tailors do, in theory, get repair bonuses, but it's unclear if they work correctly. Repair kits are an Artisan item, so you'll want a 4-4-*-* Artisan to make them to get full experimentation.

so i can only used the learned schem 3 times? meaning i can only make 3 say exquisite dancer leotards? can i put it on a wearables and make like 10 + of the same thing lol...*is thinking that would be impossible without the loot components :/*

You can do factory runs, but only with matching loot components. The best I've been able to do is runs of 8 per schematic use with the Spec-Ops Field Agent Pack.

You can make a factory run with these limited use schematics, but you do need to have same serial # components. I seen these drop in quantities of 2 to 10, usually around 6 as an average. Last nightI ranoff 3 of the Weaponsmith Toolkit, which requires 2 Heavy Duty clasps. I had a set of 8 that I bought a few weeks ago, 2 got used in making the schematic for the factory, leaving me with 6 to make the factory run.
Also, keep an eye on the bazaar. You can usually find the components for fairly cheap. I picked up a set of 8 the other night for 2k a piece.
