Thread: wearables under wookie armor question?

Hello
I was wondering which items of wooke clothing can be worn under the wookie armor to provide to a CH
+ to taming and + to mask scent.
I saw a wookie battle padding for sale but was not sure if it could be worn under armor.
If you can list the clothing I could use with armor it will help me a great deal.

Hmm..this is a very good question. I know that Wookies seem to be at a tremendous disadvantage when it comes to clothing anyways. I don't really have an anwser for you, but I'd be very interested to hear an answer on this myself. You could probably wear a bandolier with wookie armor, but those can't be enhanced with the Taming, I dont think,but could be enhanced with the Mask Scent. But that would be worn over the wookie armor, not under it.As for shirts, hmmm, I'm not really sure. I will have to commandeer myself a wookie to experiment this on.
Interesting question. Anyone know more about this?

Your question is a good one, but unfortunately I have no clue either. I don't know any wookiees with my tailor to work with. You could find a tailor and ask them to make you a couple of the different shirts and experiment, and then look for having one made with BE. Thats the best I can offer at this time. I'm quite curious to know

My wookiee alt tried on a shoulder pad and the armor disappeared. I didn't try other components but could do so. I'll have to check to see if other stuff works.

When you say armor disappeared, do you mean you lost the protection of the armor all together or just the visual armor graphic?

My experience is that only gloves are wearable under wookiee armor. There are some clipping issues, in that the padded and sigiled gloves poke out from under the wookiee bracers. I've never worked with BE stuff, so I don't know if wookiee gloves can be BE'd but they can be equipped, as can belts and bandoliers.

When I equipped the shoulder pad, it unequipped the armor. When I equipped the armor, it unequipped the should pad.

Only the wookie shirts, skirts and hats can have BE tissues. Not the gloves

For the taming tissues you're out of luck completely if you're wearing a full suit of wookiee armor. If you're willing to forego the leggings you can get a wrap w/ taming bonuses. For the mask scent tissue you can get a bandolier that's modded. Currently no BE enhanced wookiee clothes go under armor.

I was gonna test it all out last night, but I had decided to delete my alt and reroll and new toon and forgot to try out the wookiee clothes before I deleted. Ooops.
